By holding vlMGP, users are entitled to reap the benefits from the Magpie Treasury's dynamic engagement across multiple SubDAOs in our ecosystem. At present, the Magpie Treasury holds vlPNP, vlRDP, and vlCKP, which are strategically utilized on platforms such as Penpie, Radpie, and Cakepie to earn incentives. The profits generated from these activities are used to purchase PNP, RDP, and CKP tokens. These tokens are subsequently distributed to vlMGP holders, rewarding their active participation in the Magpie Ecosystem. As additional SubDAO tokens become operational, the Magpie Treasury will continue to explore new avenues of benefits for vlMGP holders.
## Forfeited Rewards
When users choose to unlock vlMGP into MGP before the specified cooldown period ends, they incur a penalty. This penalty is deducted from their vlMGP balance and redistributed to other users who are holding vlMGP on the Magpie platform at that time. This mechanism incentivizes adherence to the holding period by rewarding compliant users and reallocating penalties from early converters to the rewards pool.
