## vlMGP holders have the right to get Priority Access for upcoming SubDAO IDOs within our ecosystem

#### Essentially, vlMGP holders have the following two options:

1. By holding vlMGP, users are eligible to get IDO quota through Priority Access
2. Users can also burn vlMGP to maximize their Priority Access allocations
