Once a user deposits their mWOM into the Stability Vault, it is immediately placed into a locked state. While users have the freedom to start unlocking their mWOM at any time, there is a 30-day cooldown period to take into account. During this period, unlocking of mWOM is not possible. However, users can have up to 3 cooldown slots simultaneously.
